1. According to the contract requirements, assist the project manager in project implementation, and be responsible for quality, cost, schedule, safety, and civilization;
2. Responsible for labor team management, safety education, technical disclosure, construction supervision and guidance work;
3. Under the guidance of the project manager, develop the implementation plan and schedule for this project for approval;
4. Assist the project manager in managing the construction and project team of your project;
5. Assist in coordinating the relationship between the project department and all relevant parties.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, under 30 years old, majoring in engineering management, mechatronics integration, water supply and drainage, environmental engineering or related fields, with priority given to those with a construction engineer qualification certificate and technical title;
2. More than three years of experience in construction site management, able to adapt to long-term business trips;
3. Strong abilities in overall planning, organizational coordination, and construction management, able to handle relationships among all parties on the construction site effectively;
4. Capable of independently writing construction organization plans and construction schedules;
5. Hold a C1 driver's license.
