3. Participate in the application and management of scientific research projects, collaborate with team members to achieve project goals;
4. Participate in academic exchanges and showcase research results;
5. Guide graduate students or technicians in their research work.

1. Having a doctoral degree in materials science, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, resources and environment, or related fields;
2. Having research experience in related fields such as electrocatalytic ceramic membranes, inorganic materials, electrode materials, etc;
3. Familiar with relevant technologies and equipment for material synthesis, characterization, and performance testing;
4. Having good scientific research ability and innovative thinking, able to independently carry out research work;
5. Have good English reading, writing, and communication skills;
6. Priority will be given to those who have published research papers in related fields.
